Abuja (Sundiata Post) – The hearing has just resumed in a petition filed against President Elect of the just concluded Feb.25 Presidential elections,
Amb.Umar Iliya, Acting National Chairman represents the PDP in the case.
The 3rd respondent ,The APC is represented by Chris Maigida, the APC Deputy Director Legal.
Representing the INEC is Mrs May Nwabuchi, INEC National Commissioner/Chair legal services.
On the ground for national importance, the counsel to the 3rd respondent requested the permission of the Lordships for national televising of the court proceedings as long as the business of the court permits.
In the spirit of cooperation, the counsel to PDP, Àtiku Abubakar had just made a humble request to be served the filed motions by other respondents.
The counsel had just confirmed in the open court that they have been served the 2 motions by the 2nd respondent.
