Saint Obi, veteran actor, reportedly dies

It has been reported that veteran Nollywood actor, Saint Obi, has passed away on May 7th, 2023, after battling an undisclosed ailment for several months. The news of his death was shared by an anonymous resident who stated that Obi died on Sunday and his body was taken to JUTH mortuary after a visit to his sister’s residence at 13 Metropolitan Street in Tudun Wada, Jos.

Saint Obi had relocated to Jos, the capital of Plateau State, where his sister resides, and was frequently seen being transported to the hospital, according to a source at JUTH. Obinna Nwafor, also known as Saint Obi, was a well-known actor from Imo State. Although the reason for keeping his passing under wraps is unclear, multiple sources have confirmed that he has indeed passed away.
