Usman conveyed the governor’s appreciation, noting, “The governor commends the joint efforts of security operatives, university authorities, and community leaders in tackling the security challenges that prompted the closure.”

He emphasized the administration’s focus, saying, “The safety and welfare of students and staff remain paramount to Governor Bago’s government.”

The governor reaffirmed his commitment to education as a driver of development and pledged ongoing support to the university community.

He urged returning students and staff to comply with security protocols, with Usman quoting him as saying, “All members of the IBBUL community must cooperate fully with university authorities to ensure a safe and seamless resumption.”
