2027: Primate Ayodele lists seven Nigerian govs who may lose their second term

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a warning to seven Nigerian governors regarding their second-term ambitions, saying their return to office is not guaranteed.

The governors mentioned include those of Akwa Ibom, Delta, Enugu, Cross River, Ondo, Kaduna, and Zamfara States.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele said the affected governors may face serious challenges in securing re-election unless they pray and take the necessary steps.

“The governors of Akwa Ibom, Delta, Enugu, Cross River, Kaduna, Zamfara, and Ondo must work well to get a second term in office.

“It’s not certain for them except they work hard and pray. This is a hint of what they should be expecting.

“They need to work very well so that they won’t lose their second-term ambition,” he revealed.

Primate Ayodele has also advised Senate President Godswill Akpabio to exercise caution and engage in prayers to secure a second term, warning that his position could be at risk of being compromised.

“Senate President Godswill Akpabio must be very careful and prayerful to get a second term as Senate president. I see his position being traded; he must work very hard to avoid it,” he said.

Additionally, the cleric predicted that several prominent senators and House of Representatives members may not return for another term. He also cautioned Senator Ned Nwoko of Delta State against pursuing a governorship bid, stressing that the timing is not in his favour.
