Reports circulating online alleging that a 22-year-old named Tyler Robinson has been identified as the killer of U.S. activist Charlie Kirk remain unverified.
American conservative activist Charlie Kirk was fatally shot on September 10, 2025, while delivering a speech at Utah Valley University during a Turning Point USA event. The incident occurred less than 20 minutes into his presentation on mass shootings when a gunman opened fire from a rooftop near the venue. Kirk was struck in the neck and died shortly afterward.
