Popular Nollywood actress Jaiye Kuti has added real estate entrepreneurship to her portfolio with the unveiling of Terravilla Estate in Mowe, Ogun State.
The estate, located at Arogunmasa compound, Afara Village near Kori Oja in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area, was officially opened on Monday, September 8, 2025. The launch was attended by friends and colleagues from the film industry, including Foluke Daramola-Salako, Bimbo Oshin, Doyin Kukoyi, and Leye Fabusoro.
Kuti described the project as a dream come true, crediting her husband, Mr. Lanre Kuti, and family members for their support.
She also acknowledged industry colleagues and fans who showed up for the unveiling.
Speaking at the event, the actress explained that the development is being handled by TerraHives Properties Limited, with Terravilla as its debut estate. According to her, the estate’s proximity to major landmarks—including Nestlé Nigeria, Magodo, Abeokuta, and Ibadan—makes it a strategic location.
While she provided details of the property’s pricing and ongoing promotional offers, Kuti stressed that the project was born out of her desire to create opportunities where people can “own their space and tell their story.”
