Out of 62 shortlisted candidates in the proposed recruitment of Judges in the federal high courts, the south east got only 12 slots.
Three states in the South East, Abia, Enugu and Imo states, made the list with four candidates, respectively.
This is against the background of states such as Nasarawa, which got eight nominations, Kwara state got six and Kaduna state with 5 nominations.
However, states such as Oyo and Sokoto received two nominations, respectively.
