The member representing Aninri/Awgu’/Oji River Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon.Engr.Anayo Onwuegbu, FNSE, at the weekend reiterated his support for the re-election of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, for a second term come 2027 general election.
The federal lawmaker also expressed his desire to mobilise grassroots support for the second term bid of the Enugu state Governor ,Barr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah,stating Gov.Mba has performed mavelously well and would be re elected to consolidate on his good works.
Hon. Onwuegbu gave this hints when the Enugu State Chapter of Renewed Hope Agenda 2027, led by its Enugu state Coordinator, Mazi Dr. Ezenwa A.A. Onyirimba paid him a courtesy visit, in his office.
He assured that his office will work collaborate with the group in realising their objective and committment geared towards the re election of both President Tinubu as President of Nigeria and Governor Peter Mbah,as Enugu state.
Onwuegbu commended Dr Onyirimba on his appointment as the Enugu state Coordinator, Renewed Hope Agenda 2027, promising to always open his office for the Renewed Hope Agenda 2027 and work with the teem to ensure that come 2027, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains the President of federal Republic of Nigeria and His Excellency Bar. Peter N Mbah as Governor of Enugu State.
Earlier in his address, Dr Onyirimba said the courtesy visit was to formally welcome Hon.Onwuegbu to the All Progressive Congress, the APC, political party.
His words, “The Renewed Hope Agenda 2027, salutes the courage of His Excellency, Barr. Peter N. Mbah, Honourable Anayo Onwuegbu and other Enugu state political bigwigs who took the bold step to connect to the center, by joining the APC’.
Dr Onyirimba boasted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu development strides in Enugu state and the South East zone zone so far has surpassed those of previous administrations in the state.
“The South East zone has benefited more in the Renewed Hope administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR than any previous government”,Onyirimba stated
He said that the Enugu State Chapter of the Renewed Hope Agenda 2027 under his watch, is also bestowed with a mandate to strengthen grassroots mobilization in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
