KENYA: Heartwarming moment as university student builds parent permanent toilet, opens it in grand ceremony

Samuel Wilson, a young man who is still a student at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy, has built an immaculate toilet for his parents from the proceeds of his side hustle Samuel shared his reason for building the two-unit toilet and also laid bare how much it cost,, as well as the time frame he had given himself for it to be ready The shining toilet is not the only project that the young man will do for his parents, and he listed some of the other projects that are in the pipeline Arusha, Tanzania: At only 22 years old, Samuel Wilson has ensured that his family is no longer the laughingstock of the village because of a dilapidated toilet, and he held a party to celebrate.

The university student has delighted his family with a beautiful, two-unit, modern toilet with burglarproof doors; he did not spare coins as far as aesthetics were concerned. The toilet is painted light green on the outside, and the colour sharply contrasts with the doors of the toilet.

How much did the toilet cost? According to Samuel, the project cost KSh 235,000 and is the first of several that are targeted at giving his home a facelift.

My photography company has only been in operation for four months, and the money we got from there helped be build the toilet,” he said. The young man, who is a firstborn, held a huge party and also invited neighbours who had previously mocked them to come and join in the celebrations, as well as the cutting of the cake dedicated to the day.
