Philanthropist Mary Biketi has addressed rumours that she claimed CS Wycliffe Oparanya will be President William Ruto’s running mate.

Nyaboke shared a video of the philanthropist with a drip on her hand while she comforted her. Kenyans questioned what was ailing Biketi.

The philanthropist seems to have bounced back to good health over the past week, as she has been sharing updates on her Instagram Stories.

Will Biketi become Kenya’s second lady? Biketi shared a flyer that has been circulating on social media. The philanthropist labelled the circulating claims as false.

The flyer claimed that Biketi declared Oparanya as Ruto’s deputy president come 2027.

“My husband, Wycliffe Oparanya will be Ruto’s deputy president in 2027. Let Gladys Wanga not lie to herself. This seat must go to Western, and I will be the first lady in 2032.” The philanthropist promised to take action against anyone circulating false information on social media.
