Savannah Guthrie’s brother sends another desperate plea to mom’s kidnapper: ‘We want to talk to you’

Savannah Guthrie’s brother, Camron, issued a desperate plea to their mom Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapper after the ransom deadline passed Thursday.

“This is Camron Guthrie. I’m speaking for the Guthrie family,” he said in an Instagram video.

“I’m speaking for the Guthrie family. Whoever is out there holding our mother, we want to hear from you. We haven’t heard anything directly. We need you to reach out, and we need a way to communicate with you so we can move forward.”

“But first, we have to know that you have our mom,” Camron added. “We want to talk to you, and we are waiting for contact.”

Camron’s message to the perpetrator came shortly after the deadline for one of the ransom notes passed at 5 p.m. MT (7 p.m. ET) on Thursday.

Earlier in the day, Pima County Sheriff officials hosted a press conference and announced they had seen ransom notes from an alleged abductor.

While the details were kept under wraps, Heith Janke, FBI Phoenix’s special agent, revealed the author demanded a “transfer” by the deadline.

The note also included a separate deadline for Monday.

Ransom notes seeking millions in Bitcoin were sent to two different news stations earlier this week, threatening to be paid “or else.”

Additionally, the FBI offered a $50,000 reward for information leading to Nancy, “or the arrest and conviction” of those “involved in her disappearance.”

No one has been named as a suspect, and investigators are not ruling anyone out.

Nancy was last seen around 9:48 p.m. when relatives dropped her off at her Catalina Foothills estate in Arizona.

At 1:47 a.m. on Sunday, her doorbell camera disconnected, and a person was detected at her door at 2:12 a.m., though no footage was available.

About 20 minutes later, the matriarch’s pacemaker app disconnected from her phone.

It wasn’t until 11:56 a.m. that Nancy’s family discovered she was missing after she missed church service.

Blood confirmed to belong to Nancy was located outside of her home.
