“She wanted to surprise”

A story making the rounds online has stirred reactions after a Christian lady reportedly discovered that her Muslim boyfriend already had a fiancée.

The viral tweet, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @esther_stan, she narrated that the lady had been observing the Ramadan fast alongside her boyfriend and even breaking her fast with his family regularly.

“This Christian babe has been fasting with her Muslim boyfriend since Ramadan started and also breaking her fast with his family every two days,” she wrote.

According to the post, the lady wasn’t supposed to visit him that day but decided to surprise him.

However, things took an unexpected turn when she arrived and allegedly met another woman, who turned out to be his fiancée.

“She wasn’t supposed to go there today, but she wanted to surprise her boyfriend. She got there and met her boyfriend’s Muslim fiancée,” she added.

The story has since sparked mixed reactions online.

One user wrote, “Omo, na so dem dey play people heart like football sef 😩” Another added, “This kind heartbreak can never heal.”
