Peter Obi fatally injured Nigerian Christendom – Reno Omokri

Critic, Reno Omokri has said the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the last presidential election, Peter Obi fatally injured Nigerian Christendom by running for the poll.

Obi came third in the February 25, 2023 presidential election behind Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the eventual winner, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Omokri, in a tweet on Saturday said even with advanced technological rigging, Tinubu would not have won if Obi did not spit the PDP’s vote by running.

He wrote: “Obi fatally injured Nigerian Christendom. Even with advanced technological rigging, Tinubu would not have ‘won’ if Obi did not split the PDP vote by running.

“And if the court don’t overturn his ‘victory’, he will govern, then handover to a Northern Muslim. Who lost?”

Atiku had at a news conference after the presidential election lamented that Obi took away his votes from the South East and South South which used to be PDP’s stronghold.
