Sandra Lee and Ben Youcef celebrated their second anniversary with a romantic dinner in Soho on Wednesday.

She’s baaack …

Sandra Lee — the ex of former Gov. Andrew Cuomo — is returning to New York, we hear, after she moved to Los Angeles in 2019 following her split from the ousted politician.

Lee celebrated her second anniversary as a couple with fiancé Ben Youcef at Bistro Les Amis in Soho on Wednesday, as they plan their move to NYC.

“They love New York. She’s not as happy in LA. He’s got kids, so he’ll be back and forth,” a source close to the couple told Page Six.

Their anniversary marks two years to the day they met.

Lee moved to LA in 2019 following her split from Cuomo. Sources told us one of the reasons she’s heading back is because she’s working on her return to TV.

Youcef just wrapped a film that also stars Laura Dern and Liam Hemsworth.

“They’re friends, and are very supportive of each other. They love their lives together and even plan their days together … [they’re] very passionate about what each other does and how they do it,” a source explained.

The couple was spotted packing on the PDA — and sparking marriage rumors again — when they appeared at the New York Women In Film and Television Muse Awards luncheon at Cipriani 42nd Street this week.

Our source insisted they have not tied the knot yet, despite both wearing wedding bands.

“They’re definitely in the midst of planning their wedding. They’re looking at places in New York and the Hamptons,” the source said.

Lee was one of eight women honored at the event.

Spies caught Youcef “putting his forehead against her head to center her” before she took the stage to accept her award.

Lee boasted about being back in New York during her speech, telling the crowd, “I am so happy to be in New York … I’ve missed this every single day since I left! You can ask Ben.”

Sandy, we believe you.
