Ensure the integration of new MSPP nodes and new PDH and SDH links into the Transmission network.
Ensure faults are resolved on time and within MTTR.
Ensure element and network synchronization configurations.
Configure various types of network protection schemes.

3.) Manager – Wholesale Channel, Sales and Distribution

Description
Drive the integration of sales channel strategy with overall Sales & Distribution strategy and ensure execution of plans is in alignment with set objectives.
Review channel operations and performance and carry out analysis to determine the number of indirect sales points required to achieve sales targets, ensure these are put in place, and allocate volume targets per distributor.
Conduct research and trend analysis of the market and competition, review channel business performance, and monitor and report on channel profitability, dealer performance, sales performance, and related market opportunities.
Develop criteria for evaluating potential and existing indirect channel distributors, ensure effective utilization of channels through efficient channel practices, and set goals for distributors accordingly.
