The Adamawa State Government has approved ₦460 million for the Adamawa State College of Agriculture, Science and Technology (COAST), Ganye, to support the accreditation of nine academic programs. This funding reflects Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s commitment to strengthening tertiary education and promoting agricultural innovation in the state.
The funds will help the College meet National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) requirements, upgrade facilities such as laboratories and classrooms, and enhance teaching, learning, and research quality. The intervention aims to ensure that graduates are nationally competitive and capable of driving agricultural and technological advancement.
