The 2025 Anambra State gubernatorial election at Polling Unit 001, Fegge, Onitsha, has experienced a slow start due to a malfunctioning Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machine.
According to a report by Channels Television, as of 9:55 a.m., accreditation and voting activities had yet to begin at the polling unit because of the technical fault. Meanwhile, voting was already underway in several other centres across the state.
