“Do you have corn in your pockets too?” – Sowore tackles Obi over Tinubu’s dual citizenship controversy

Omoyele Sowore, a presidential candidate in the 2019 and 2023 elections, on Monday asked Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, to “speak up” about Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dual citizenship controversy.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that reports emerged over the weekend that Tinubu, Nigeria’s president-elect, own a Guinea Conakry passport.

The revelation sent internet users into a frenzy over how the incoming leader of Africa’s largest economy lied to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) while under oath.
