The suspect was apprehended alongside 55 others during a sting operation at K-Hotel in Itori, Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. The operation followed credible intelligence linking the group to widespread fraudulent and other criminal activities.

Items recovered from the suspects included six luxury vehicles, 89 mobile phones, several laptops, and incriminating documents believed to be linked to their illicit dealings.

According to EFCC sources, all suspects are currently in custody and will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
