He said the agency was working in line with President Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda of providing shelter for Nigerians at all levels.

Ojo explained that FHA will not stop building houses and providing of the desired road network for the occupants.

He said the mandate is not only in the nation’s capital but across the six geo-political zones of the country.

According to him, the initiative started in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo state in the South West, and will reach all other zones.

Ojo pledged his administration’s commitment to ensuring that all the projects are completed.

“You remember that we can’t stop building, that means we can’t stop commissioning. So it is a continuous project that we have to do.And what we’re doing with the mandate of Mr. President is to make sure not just only in Abuja, that was why we started in Ibadan, all the projects we made, to make sure we complete them.

“On this contract sum, it’s a two-way project. There’s going to be a review, because what we made with the inflation. But I think right now, it should be more than about 400, 500 million plus the two projects.

“Remember that these were things that were awarded. But due to the fact that when we came in, inflation also came in, we had to do some review. But I do moderately. These three roads all together, the one on 1st Avenue, the one on 13th Avenue, linking all together is 1.2
billion”.
