Social media users will roast anybody – rich or poor! And the East Legon Executive Fitness Club members just found that out the hard way!

A social media user called out the group for their traditional birthday ritual of pouring water on a birthday celebrant.

Businessman Nana Kwame, CEO of Analaze Group, is celebrating his birthday today.

As usual, members of the club – which counts Osei Kwame Despite, Ernest Ofori Sarpong, Sammy Osei Kuffour and others – cornered the birthday celebrant and pounded him with water!

A video of the moment popped up on social media and got fans talking.

“African way of celebrating birthday is very bad n not attractive… Wei twea,” one fan wrote.
