Hajj 2023: Kano Issues Deadline For Completion Of Payment

The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board on Saturday called on intending pilgrims who made part payment for the journey with the board to make efforts to pay up for the Hajj on or before April 21 or risk losing the Hajj seat.

According to Mohammad, the collection of Hajj fare would end any moment from now, as the exercise was getting closer by the day.

Danbatta added that intending pilgrims would pay N2.9 million as Hajj fare while blaming the increase in this year’s Hajj fare on the rising dollar exchange rate and the increase in tax revenue from Saudi Arabia and airlines.
