I Sold Kunu, Zobo At Prayer City Before Becoming Footballer – Ajibade

Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade has opened up on how she sold Olive Oil, Kunu, and Zobo before becoming a professional footballer at the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Headquarters on Saturday.

Ajibade, who is a member of the denomination, attended the August edition of Power Must Change Hands at the church’s Prayer City in Ogun State.

She testified during the testimony session of the programme, sharing her early struggles that helped her to become an established footballer.

Ajibade said: “Whenever things are tough at my club or with the national team, I pray. I do my part through hard work, but never forget to seek God’s help.

“I was once one of those young girls out there hawking olive oil, kunu, and zobo drinks in most of the deliverance programmes, but today, I give glory to God. Please, don’t give up, keep praying, keep fasting, keep working and keep believing.

“Please, don’t give up, keep praying, keep fasting, keep working and keep believing.”

She showed the Player of the match, and the Player of the Tournament awards to the congregation while also presenting a specially designed jersey to the General Overseer of the ministry, Dr. DK. Olukoya, and his wife, Dr. Sade Olukoya.

Ajibade was named in the team of the tournament following her impressive performances to lead the Super Falcons to their 10th WAFCON trophy in Morocco.
