Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi was on target for Fulham as they defeated their hosts Sunderland in a Premier League game on Sunday night.
Before Iwobi’s 85th-minute goal, Raul Jimenez scored twice against Enzo le Fee’s goal for the hosts as Fulham successfully ended a three-match Premier League losing run.
Having started the season with an impressive 12-match unbeaten run at home in the Premier League, Sunderland have now lost their past two games at home.
It was a frustrating afternoon for the Black Cats, made worse by two first-half injuries.

Elsewhere, in north London, Arsenal thrashed Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 to make a title statement.
Eberechi Eze was Tottenham Hotspur’s tormentor again as he netted a double and dazzled, while Viktor Gyokeres also scored two.
Randal Kolo Muani was the goalscorer for Spurs, who equalised in the first half following Eze’s opener. But Spurs lost the game as they conceded three in second half.
In the other Premier League games played on Sunday, Crystal Palace defeated Wolves 1-0 while Liverpool also saw off Nottingham Forest 1-0.
