According to DC Young Fly’s wife’s autopsy report, the television actress underwent a gluteal augmentation procedure, commonly referred to as a butt lift, during which she had liposuction to transfer fat to her butt.
Afterwards, she was prescribed an opioid for pain relief, ondansetron (for nausea and vomiting prevention), and ciprofloxacin (an antibiotic).
However, a day after her procedure, she developed a headache for which she was advised to take ibuprofen and discontinue ondansetron. Furthermore, to alleviate her pain, the reality TV star went for a massage.
Despite these instructions, on the evening of her death, the report stated that she felt “like her head was burning” and “began to have difficulty speaking.” Her aunt, who was caring for her, called for an emergency response, and Jacky was transferred to the HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, where she was pronounced dead before midnight.
Jacky Oh’s complications resulted from the swelling of the brain and bleeding of the skin around the torso. However, family members confirmed that she did not have health issues, was not under medication, and did not use drugs.
