She recalled with fondness the day they met. He was dressed smartly in army combat attire, looking every bit the man who would later steal her heart.

Those are the memories she clings to, the ones she says play in her soul “like a song that never ends.”
Though her husband is no longer by her side, Esther finds strength in the love they shared.
“True love doesn’t end with goodbye,” she wrote. “It echoes in every heartbeat and every breath I take. Loving you was easy, losing you was unbearable, but continuing to love you, that’s my strength.” How many kids did Esther have with hubby? For Esther, grief is not just sorrow, but a continued dialogue with her beloved. She admits she still talks to him every day, believing that “true love never dies, it just changes form.”
Her tribute also highlighted his role as a devoted father to their two sons, Flavio and Adrian.
