August 22, (THEWILL) — Nigerian rapper, Lil Kesh, has spoken publicly for the first time since he survived a violent robbery attack in Lagos on Wednesday.
The artist was reportedly ambushed by unknown assailants who dispossessed him of jewellery worth millions of naira and stabbed him in the neck during the altercation.

He was immediately hospitalised, treated for his injuries, and later stabilised.
Addressing the incident in a message shared via his Instagram story, Lil Kesh described the ordeal as a “curveball” but expressed gratitude for his survival.
“Life threw me a curveball, but I’m safe, healing, and blessed to be here. Grateful for the love, support and prayers,” he wrote.
His message has reassured fans, many of whom had flooded social media earlier with prayers and words of encouragement following reports of the attack.
