Luke Humphries’ difficult week gets worse as he suffers six-year low at Players Championship Finals

Luke Humphries ended his Players Championship Finals title defence with a shock first-round defeat to Gian van Veen.

The 30-year-old won the tournament for the second year in a row in 2024 by beating his rival Luke Littler 11-7 in the final in Minehead.
