Even after the passing of her beloved husband, Madam Lucia Onabowale Onabanjo continued steadfastly in service to Ogun State, carrying forward their shared commitment with grace, resilience, and quiet strength”, he noted.

“To countless individuals, she was more than a leader; she was a mother in the truest sense, offering care, counsel, and compassion without distinction. Her wealth of experience and wisdom was deeply admirable, and she generously shared it with all who sought her guidance,” Lemo affirmed.
