“Naira Marley Is A Nice Person, He Gave Me Lots Of Money” – Angela Okorie [Video]

Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has spoken out in support of singer Naira Marley, sharing a personal experience that left a lasting impression on her.

In a video shared online, Angela Okorie recalled how Naira Marley once surprised her on her birthday by showing up and gifting her a large sum of money.

According to her, the encouragement he gave her at the time was unmatched by anyone else in the entertainment industry.

She described the industry as “demonic,” saying it’s filled with envy and negativity toward those who are bold, outspoken, or hardworking.

‘’One of these my birthdays, about last three or four years ago, Naira Marley surprised me. He gave me lots of money,. I was shocked.

“The encouragement he gave to me, nobody has ever given it to me in this demonic industry where me and you know people just envy you for nothing, for being yourself, for being bold, for talking and working so hard. People are just going to envy you ,” she said.

Angela also revealed that she later visited Naira Marley to thank him and suggested they work on a song together.

According to her, the singer not only agreed to the collaboration but also helped promote the track without hesitation.

“ Naira Marley was too nice to me. He doesn’t even talk. He is not a fighter. He doesn’t even talk ,” Angela Okorie added.

Her comments come at a time when many Nigerians are calling for an investigation into allegations made by the late singer Mohbad, who had accused Naira Marley of bullying before his death.
