Traders at Arena Oshodi Market were thrown into panic on Tuesday when a fire broke out, engulfing several sections of the busy commercial hub in Lagos.
Videos circulating online showed thick smoke and towering flames, forcing traders to evacuate their merchandise.
Firefighters were also seen at the scene, containing the blaze and preventing it from spreading further.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities had not confirmed any casualties, and the cause of the fire remained under investigation.
