Seyi Vibez concert ends in tragedy as fans pass away in road accident after racing

Fans of popular Nigerian singer, Seyi Vibez , were involved in a tragic accident after engaging in a reckless race while returning from his concert at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos Island, with many reportedly losing their lives.

This was revealed in a series of posts shared on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter.

A user, @alli_ya7, who posted videos from the scene, showed about four cars involved in the fatal incident.

Expressing shock and grief, she wrote: “The people that died coming back from Seyi Vibez concert last night omg. Why did they race???? Why??? They left the show and started racing on the express, trying to overtake other cars.”

Not long after, she shared more videos of the aftermath and added: “Why!!!!!! Why race on the highway 😭 To think I saw one of the guys last week, now he’s gone. May their souls rest in peace. SPEED KILLS.”

As the posts circulated online, concerned individuals flooded the comment section, sharing condolences and expressing frustration over the dangers of reckless driving.
