The late rapper Junior King’s partner, Kayla Peters, has poured out her heartbreak on Instagram following news of his tragic passing.
In her tribute, she shared a screenshot of one of his Facebook comments that read: “They wait until you die then they show you love.”
Kayla accompanied it with an emotional message, expressing the depth of their bond and the pain of her loss.
“I LOVE YOU MY BESTFRIEND. Yesterday we had a heart to heart and all I can remember you saying is ‘ons almal is net geleen vir mekaar’ and today I lost my everything. YOUR LEGACY WILL CARRY ON THROUGH ME, I PUT THAT ON MY SOUL, ON OUR KIDS, ON EVERYTHING WE’VE BUILT THIS YEAR! WE NEVER DIE, WE MULTIPLY❤️ Forever you Junior King,” she wrote.
The pair shared a close relationship and collaborated on several projects, becoming a well-known team both personally and creatively.
