Nigerian singer Olusanmi David, popularly known as Spyro, has announced his engagement to his partner, Janet Atom, in a heartfelt Instagram post that has set social media buzzing.
The Who’s Your Guy crooner shared pictures from the proposal along with a touching note about their love story. According to Spyro, he met Janet at a Lagos club on March 30, 2024, at exactly 2:48 a.m., a night he describes as the moment his prayer for a life partner was answered. He wrote, “Thank you for saying YES, my sweet J. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you.”
Spyro revealed that since their encounter, he has lived every day as a happy man, adding that finding love in such an unexpected place was proof that destiny works in mysterious ways. Fans and colleagues quickly flooded the post with congratulatory messages, though some couldn’t resist teasing about how he found love in a club.
