Nollywood actor, Yemi Solade is of the opinion that to live and survive in Nigeria, one must belong to “the cult.”
The veteran actor shared this thought on his Instagram page this morning, April 8. The actor also shared a post disclosing that he is depressed. He however did not expatiate on what has kept him low in spirit.
His colleagues and fans have however, sent messages to him asking him to stay strong.

I don’t know about his case but many mistake dysphoria for for depression. PrescriptIon pain killers , street drugs, party drugs and Alcohol are chief culprits in rvis area after the nice freeling euphoric crash, Your mood switches or when. You wake up in morning itfeels like you are in the sorrow section of hell .A simple detox could save your life and you realise you never had depression in the first place . You were just caught in the pendulum swing of states of altered mind caused by medication or substance

Kul makes sense. It seems as if I am always either sad or worried despite being so blessed in this life. Maybe this detox is what I need. I found out that my husband is a street prostitute patron and felt so sad. I wake up everyday to go to work and remember and I just want to die. He is not even remorseful. I became addicted to porn shortly after. I met a new client at work and we immediately had this feeling of wanting each other. I think of him all the time. But even with the dog of a husband that I have at home I cannot bring myself to sleep with another man. After a meeting I attended in his office alone, I let the new guy kiss me and touch my breast once. I loved it and wanted more but I ran. But now I feel so guilty and very awful about the kiss. Maybe I need to just let go of husband, porn and new kissed boyfriend for a few weeks and things will look up. But how to let go is the issue. I can’t. I am always thinking of sex and kissing with this new client and he won’t stop wooing me too.

Is called men menopause cause by less testosterone cause fat enzyme in the stomach due to lack of exercise and alcohol consumption, men över 50years tend to experience down regulation of hormone which affect energy lever and libido, it do happened to women over 40yrs and they experience anxiety, fatigue and lack sex drive but in Africa, we dont pay attention to our biology which has great impact on our overall well being in life irrespective of class or statue. Exercise and healthy lifestyle helps to combact middle life crisis. I am 50years and read learn about human physiology and wellbeing, Thank God that I knew all this in my 30s and started exercise, eat well and maintain muscle mass to buffer my hormone and have more vitality, life is meaningless without healthy body, mind and spirit specially as we age.

sorry to say, it is fake life that is giving these our so called celebrities depression. Most of.them lack the financial muscles to maintain the life they are living. Just because they appear on TV or films, they want to live like multi-millionaires. ..I must live in on the island, Lekki etc, my children must go to.expensive schools, summer holiday to Europe and America etc

Cult! That’s not new thing… every super rich person in Nigeria is a cultist or ritualist and I repeat again. But you people will not understand. I have entered many places and I will never be one of them that is why I’m poor. If you eventually wyne them to know their secret they will torment you and make sure you don’t have money so that you can be instigated. Omo Nigeria na cult. If you are not part of them, you will only be a slave till you die 3xcept of you leave Nigeria.
