Leonid Radvinsky (May 30, 1982–March 2026) was a Florida-based American businessman and computer programmer. He founded the cam site MyFreeCams (via his holding company, MFCXY, Inc.) and is the majority owner of the content subscription service OnlyFans .
The controversial Owner of onlyfans has died from cancer at the age of 43.
Radvinsky was born in Odesa, and his family eventually relocated to Chicago when he was young. He earned an economics degree from Northwestern University in 2002. Radvinsky ran the “Leo” venture capital fund, which was created in 2009 and invests mostly in technology startups.
Notable investments include Israel-based B4X and Pleroma, a social networking program. Radvinsky also supported the Elixir programming language.
Career
Radvinsky helped form Cybertania Inc., a website referral company, when he was 17 years old in 1999. During the late 1990s and early 2000s, Radvinsky created over ten websites, including Password Universe, Working Passes, and Ultra Passwords, that claimed and advertised to provide users with “illegal” and “hacked” passwords to pornographic sites, and he earned money for each click.
According to Forbes, there was no indication that the sites were actually linking to illicit content. Ultra Passwords reportedly made $1.8 million per year in revenue in the 2000s. In 2004, he started MyFreeCams, an adult streaming service.
The same year, Microsoft sued Radvinsky for allegedly sending millions of fraudulent emails to Hotmail subscribers, but the case was later dismissed.
In 2018, he acquired a 75% ownership in OnlyFans’ parent business, Fenix International Ltd., which was founded by its British founders, Tim Stokely and his father, Guy Stokely. Following this, OnlyFans became increasingly focused on not safe for work (NSFW) content and “gained a pop culture reputation for being a hive of pornography”.
As of November 2023, OnlyFans has annual revenues of more than $6.6 billion, expanding at a 19% annual rate. Radvinsky received $472 million in dividends from the website in 2023, an increase from $338 million and $284 million in 2022 and 2021, respectively. Radvinsky received $701 million from OnlyFans in 2024.
Death
Radvinsky died from cancer in March 2026. OnlyFans said in a statement that they were “deeply saddened” by the news of his passing.
