It would be recalled that the tribunal adjourned the pre hearing of Mr Peter Obi petition against the Independent National Electoral Commission and the All Progressive Congress to Wednesday.

There was also an incident just after the court session as Apapa was mobbed by some Obidients.
Speaking on the development during an exclusive interview with TVC news, one of the loyalists to Lamidi Apapa, Abayomi Arabambi condemned Mr Peter Obi for not providing 1.5 million naira to follow up his petition.
According to him, Peter Obi and his lawyer were busy asking for adjournment instead of doing the necessary things.
Hear him ” For how many weeks Peter Obi Will come to court and tell Nigerians that he could afford 1.5 million. This is the trick they used for us. They collected so much money between Peter Obi and Abure.”
