Court of Appeal upholds the suspension of Anyanwu, Abdulrahman, Ajibade and Bature

Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the suspension of the former National Secretary, National Vice Chairman(North Central), National Legal Adviser and National Organising Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The court upheld their suspension while also upholding the the judgement of the Federal High Court delivered by Justice James Omotosho
