Transfer: Villarreal battle Besiktas for Nigerian midfielder

Villarreal have joined the race for Göztepe midfielder, Emmanuel Dennis, DAILY POST reports.

Dennis has consistently been linked with a move away from Göztepe since his arrival at the club.

Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas are reportedly leading the race for the defensive midfielder.

Villarreal are now prepared to slug it out with the Eagles for the signature of the Nigerian.

Göztepe will demand around €10m to sell Dennis, according to reports.

The 22-year-old has scored three goals in 24 appearance for Göztepe this season.
