Osimhen, Mercedes-Benz in €90,000 legal dispute

According to Italian news source Napolista, Mercedes-Benz has alerted Italian authorities regarding an outstanding debt owed to them by Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.

The company claims Osimhen failed to complete the purchase of a vehicle leased in 2023 and has neglected to return the car.

Corriere della Sera reports: “Osi allegedly didn’t even return the vehicle. The player’s debt to the Stuttgart-based company’s finance company is said to be €90,000.

In effect, this is almost the entire value of the car.

The legal representative of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Italia appeared before the Carabinieri at the Crescenzago station on Via Padova.

They filed a complaint against the player for embezzlement.

“Osi” allegedly failed to pay the instalment plan agreed upon in 2023 to drive a hybrid GLE. And, at the end of the contract, he also failed to return the vehicle.
