EPL: Man City drop points in title race after 3-3 draw with Everton

Manchester City failed to close the gap to Arsenal in the Premier League title race, after they were held to a thrilling 3-3 draw by Everton on Monday night.

Pep Guardiola’s men came into the game at the Hill Dickinson six points behind the Gunners.

And they appeared to be cruising to a routine win, after Jeremy Doku curled home before half time.

But Everton emerged after the break a different side and scored three times through Thierno Barry (brace) and Jake O’Neil.

Erling Haaland and Doku then ensured that City left with a point.

City are now five points behind Arsenal, but play Brentford before Mikel Arteta’s men travel to West Ham.
