The management of Lead City University (LCU) has announced the commencement of its Post UTME and Direct Entry admission process for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Interested candidates who wish to gain admission into Lead City University can now apply through the university’s admission portal. The admission process is open to qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates who meet the required conditions for their chosen programmes.

How Much Is Lead City University Admission Form 2026/2027?
The Lead City University admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session costs ₦10,300 only. The application fee is a non-refundable processing fee and must be paid after completing the online application form before the submission can be completed.

Lead City University Admission Requirements 2026/2027
All candidates who wish to gain admission into Lead City University for the 2026/2027 academic session must ensure they meet the required admission conditions before applying. Only candidates who satisfy the eligibility requirements for their chosen programme will be considered for admission.
UTME Candidates Requirements
UTME candidates must:-
Have a minimum JAMB UTME score of 150.
Possess at least five (5) relevant O’Level credit passes, including English Language.
Obtain the required O’Level credits from approved examinations such as:
WAEC
NECO
GCE
NABTEB or equivalent qualifications.
Ensure that their O’Level results are obtained in not more than two sittings.
Candidates who did not choose Lead City University during UTME registration can also apply.
Direct Entry Candidates Requirements
Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into the 200 level must possess any of the following qualifications:-
GCE Advanced Level passes.
IJMB certificate.
JUPEB certificate.
NCE.
OND.
University Diploma.
Other recognised equivalent qualifications.
Candidates are expected to select the appropriate Direct Entry qualification pathway when completing their application.

Create an account using your details and verify your email address through the confirmation message sent to your inbox.
Log in to your account and complete the application form by providing the required information in the four application steps.
Review the information provided to ensure that all details are correct.
Submit the completed application form and pay the ₦10,300 non-refundable processing fee.
After submission, wait for your application to be processed.
Successful candidates will be contacted with further admission instructions.
If offered admission, candidates will be required to pay an acceptance fee of ₦50,300 to secure their admission slot.
