Lamine Yamal scored a hattrick in Barcelona’s 4-1 win over Villarreal in their Spanish La Liga encounter on Saturday.
The 18-year-old was on form in the encounter that pitted first place against the third-placed Yellow Submarines, leading Barcelona to all three points at the Camp Nou.
Yamal’s first was a well-taken strike that put Barca in the lead on 28 minutes, before slaloming past two defenders and firing into the top corner to double the lead on 37 minutes.

He converted Pedri’s pass to complete his hattrick, and become the youngest to achieve the feat in La Liga this century. He has also notched up 101 goals and assists for Barcelona.
