Former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, is scheduled to appear before a United States immigration court on June 15, 2026, as proceedings continue over his legal status in the country.
The hearing will take place at the Annandale Immigration Court in Virginia and is expected to be conducted virtually before Immigration Judge David A. Gardey.
Ofori-Atta was recently released from custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after being granted bail set at $65,000, allowing him temporary freedom pending the outcome of the case.
