The birth has been widely celebrated across social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as Wema had previously expressed heartbreak over her inability to conceive.
In past interviews, she admitted she was coming to terms with the reality that she might never carry her own child. The long-awaited arrival of her son has been described by her fans as an ultimate dream come true.
However, fans are now speculating that Wema had in vitro fertilisation (IVF) after years of her publicised fertility history.
Her former friend Mange Kimambi also helped set the tone for the rumours to begin. Mange, who has been fighting the Tanzanian government, alleged that the government played a part in Wema’s pregnancy.
She waged heavy allegations against Wema, who was once her best friend, which quickly spread on social media, and Whozu responded.
While others also doubted Wema’s pregnancy, claiming that she wore a dummy, Whozu shared a video of the moment the actress was getting a scan.
Mange wrote.
“A child born from the blood of Tanzanians. This child should be called death. They were taken abroad by CCM and paid for IVF. Whozu did no work for the child to be conceived. It is the kidnapping and killing of Tanzanians, and your support of the killers through it all, that brought this child into the world. That child was obtained through the taxes and blood of Tanzanians. There is much to say, but I do not want to write things that do not make sense in the pursuit of justice. Honestly, human beings are something else—Wema supported the killing of other women’s children so that the killers from CCM could give her a child.” In a new video clip, Whozu shared a private moment when Wema was getting a mammogram done with a specialist.
She was lying on a hospital bed while her partner was seated beside her. He captioned the video:
,Did Dimaond Platnumz congratulate Wema? In other news, Wema’s ex Diamond Platnumz penned a touching message to Wema after giving birth.
The musician congratulated both Wema and her partner, Whozu on welcoming a bouncing baby boy.
Kenyans on social media also lauded Diamond for supporting Wema.
