Governor Fintiri’s style of governance has consistently been defined by promise and performance. During his 2023 gubernatorial campaign, he demonstrated this principle by commissioning projects he had promised during the 2019 campaign. Thus, whenever he visited communities to seek renewed support, he also presented tangible evidence of his commitment by fulfilling previous promises.
His recent visits to Maiha, Mubi North, and Mubi South Local Government Areas were no exception. In Maiha, Governor Fintiri commissioned the 5.7-kilometre Maiha Township Road, the Maiha Local Government Lodge, and the Fresh Air Store in Maiha Local Government Area. On Saturday, he also inspected the ongoing construction of the 7-kilometre Ahmadu Bello Way and Sokoto Street projects in Mubi South Local Government Area. These critical infrastructure projects are aimed at improving transportation, stimulating economic activities, and enhancing the quality of life of residents.
Whenever Governor Fintiri visits a community, the atmosphere is always filled with excitement, enthusiasm, and hope. He never comes or leaves empty-handed. He commissions completed projects, inspects ongoing ones, launches new initiatives, and makes fresh commitments for further development.
This is particularly evident in the areas of security and the protection of lives and property, where the Fintiri administration has recorded significant achievements and earned widespread commendation. Under his leadership, governance has become synonymous with action, delivery, and continuous engagement with the people.
